Join the Hughes Crew on the amazing Main Salmon – River of No Return quickly! The “Main” flows through the vast Frank Church – River of No Return Wilderness and the Gospel Hump Wilderness Area. The FCRONR Wilderness is the largest Mountain Wilderness in the Lower 48 States – 2.3 million acres. We have a couple of trips left for charter opportunities and some other available space!
The “Main” is famous for it’s fun whitewater, amazing scenery, spectacular camps, hot springs, and forested ridge lines. It is a fantastic trip to inflatable kayak, hike, lounge and swim in the nice temperate waters of the Salmon River! Don’t miss your chance to get on this world-class Wilderness River Trip!
The Main Salmon is a whitewater river. Roller coaster rapids such as Rainier, Alder Creek, and Bailey along with tight, technical rapids such as Big Mallard, Elkhorn, Black Creek, Devils Teeth and more. Main Salmon rapids cut through the heart of Central Idaho.
